This 100% Arabica blend grew out of founder Moshe’s search for the perfect daily coffee. The blend was developed using a Melbourne-style “magic” coffee as the reference extraction. Through years of trial and error, experimenting with different origins and blends, he arrived at a dual-origin (Colombia / PNG) coffee and refined its roasting profile over more than a decade. Roasted to a medium-dark profile, these beans deliver a rich, smooth and balanced cup. Moshico Original Blend has been a beloved choice for coffee lovers since 2008.
Though there’s plenty of coffee roasters around, not many create one that is full bodied and balances the various bands of flavour. It’s quite difficult to source the correct beans and then roasting it to suit. Since coming to South Australia, we tried many. Though several were good, Moshico was very much to our taste and our machine.
